Please provide materials about your event (speaker names, agendas, website links, presentations, etc.) at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, either submit using this webform or email to services@maplecomm.ca with the files attached (PDF preferably); or provide us with a weblink to the shared folder (e.g. Dropbox) where we can download the files from. If using the shared folder option, please upload all files at least 24 hours in advance otherwise notify Maple on any new changes. Interpreters and captioners will require some time to review the materials so submitting in advance is appreciated. Advance preparation will improve overall interpretation and/or caption accuracy.
